Don't rob people of their power by doing the work for them or telling them you're responsible for their results
When a coach tells a client 'I'm responsible for your results,' it sounds caring but actually disempowers the client. Genuine coaching preserves the client's agency and makes them the author of their own transformation — doing the work for them or over-claiming responsibility undermines that.
