See Through Skill Understanding Others Perspectives
Develop what I call 'see through' — the ability to shut down your own perspective temporarily and experience the world through another person's view. Most business problems trace back directly to failing to understand what other people actually see, want, and value. When you're locked in your own frame, you design products for yourself, market to yourself, and hire for your own preferences. The result is a business that works only in your head. The fix is systematically projecting yourself into the customer's position and asking what they actually want to know — rather than guessing or assuming you already understand. This is one of the hardest skills to build and one of the highest-leverage things you can learn as an entrepreneur.
