Expand bullet points into full concepts with stories and examples
Here's a content creation system I use: start with your core concept broken down into bullet points — the essential claims or steps you want to teach. Then expand each bullet with a story, the underlying rationale, concrete examples, and additional supporting details. Each bullet point can become multiple sub-points, and each sub-point can become a full article, webinar section, or chapter. This fractal approach to content means you're never starting from a blank page — you're always expanding from a structured spine. The system also enforces completeness: if a bullet can't generate a story, a rationale, and at least one real-world example, the claim probably isn't developed enough to teach yet.
