Become unbelievably honest and authentic - be direct and call people out when they do something wrong

Law #33 teaches: 'Be direct and blunt—tell people how it is. If they do something wrong or something you don't approve, tell them.' The highest status behavior is not strategic niceness but absolute authentic directness that others can rely on.
